Creating Calm - For Children and Youth Anxiety

Program for mild to moderate anxiety in children.
Creating Calm is an educational therapeutic support group for children and youth experiencing anxiety. The program operates two anxiety groups aged 7- 9 years old & 10 – 12 years old.

Children and youth will learn a variety of techniques to cope and manage their anxiety, and parents will learn methods to identify anxiety symptoms and intervene to support the development of more confident, self-reliant behaviour in their children.
