The Child Care Resource & Referral (CCRR) Program
Child Services, Family / Parenting, and Financial
Provided by YMCA
Provides support, resources and referrals for care providers and families, all with a focus of supporting the healthy development of children and families.
The program provides the following services to families:
- Access to a database of quality child care options in the Central Okanagan
- Resources to help choose the right child care for their family
- Assistance with applying for Affordable Child Care Benefit
- Catch delays early by using developmental and social-emotional screeners
NOTE: This program was previously offered by the Childhood Connections Okanagan Family and Childcare Society, however the YMCA of Southern Interior BC has transitioned to provide this service, which remains the same
