Provides an array of services for all International Newcomers both English Speaking & Non-English Speaking. Serving Campbell River, Comox Valley and the North Island
Immigration and settlement services include: Help with processing immigration forms and documents, Employment services, Citizenship classes, Housing information, Health & health care information, Access to education needs for your family, including: English skills (ELSA), Upgrading/training, Childcare, and family concerns, Citizenship, immigrant & refugee protection support, Interpretation & Translation, Counselling services, Employment support, Income tax preparation, Access to legal advocate and Canadian law, Human rights.

Free English Classes for Newcomers to Canada: The Immigrant Welcome Center offers free English/ESL classes for immigrants and newcomers to Canada under its LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) program. Classes are offered daily in both Campbell River and Courtenay.

Lessons focus on practical English and information about life in Canada. You will learn valuable skills for living and working in Canada. Classes are fun and friendly. They are a great opportunity to meet other newcomers in our community.

Social Groups & Programs: Free groups have been created to make friends, practice English, and build support network.
