Wellspring Cancer Support Programs

Provides support programs to individuals with cancer and their families in the Comox Valley.
White Cedar Wellness is facilitating the delivery of Wellspring’s evidence-based support programs to cancer patients/survivors and their caregivers/families. Those living in the region of the Comox Valley, BC, are welcome to participate in Wellspring programs at the White Cedar clinic/studio space. The following programs are offered:
  • The Healing Journey: A program for both cancer patients and caregivers of cancer patients to learn ways of achieving inner harmony and peace as a way of healing. It is a practical course, providing simple but proven psychological and spiritual tools to help become a “healed person” .
  • Brain Fog: This 8-week program provides ways of addressing and improve cognitive functioning. Under the direction of an experienced professional leader, you will meet online with others who are experiencing similar difficulties and learn proven strategies that can be adapted to individual styles and daily needs. You will meet online once a week and be required to use the strategies learned each week as homework.
  • Be Well Talks: Each week, experts on a wide range of topics related to the experience of cancer will present a 1-hour online session. This program requires a commitment to attend all sessions.
