Aboriginal Speech & Language Program

Provided by Upper Island Women of Native Ancestry (UIWONA)

Provides speech therapy services for children with aboriginal ancestry.
Individual and small group speech-language intervention is available for children up to 7 years of age who have aboriginal ancestry. The goal is to help your child communicate to the best of their ability. UIWONA partners with parents and caregivers to develop goals and support ways to help your child progress. We work with children in their home, daycare/preschool or their office.

This service is free and by appointment.
